At Connlight, we take pride in providing high-quality pendant lights that brighten your home. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for a full refund unless defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our Customer Support team at support@connlight.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.
3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your pendant light arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.

We will either replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund, including original shipping.
5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
