Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs:

  • $9 shipping cost for orders under $80.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $80.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions to track your package.

  • You can also track your order directly on our website under “My Account” → “Order History.”

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.

Damaged or Lost Items:

  • Please inspect your items upon arrival. If your pendant light is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, contact us immediately at support@connlight.shop.

  • We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund after verifying the issue.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
