Return policy

At Connlight, we take pride in providing high-quality pendant lights that brighten your home. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for a full refund unless defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our Customer Support team at support@connlight.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your pendant light arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.

  • We will either replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund, including original shipping.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
